Mindy Mirror is a silver and blue compact with a heart decoration on top. Inside of her is a mirror and a pink powder puff.
There is also a variant of her from the Shopkins Glamour Squad pack. This variant features her as a purple compact with a pink heart decoration on top. Inside of her is a mirror and a light pink powder puff.

- Despite being translucent, her Collector's Guide artwork depicts her as looking metallic-finished.
