Floppy Hat is a pink wide-brimmed hat that appears to be made out of straw. She has a purple bow on her back left side and small yellow rhombi on her head.
There are two variants of her from the Fashion Spree blind baskets. One of them is a blue hat with pale pink rhombi.
Her other variant is a white hat with magenta rhombi.
