Transparent Celeste Zest Cake

The victim

Are we going to talk about the fact that Spilt Milk canonically committed murder? You could argue and say "but spilt milk was brainwashed" and you would be correct, but according to the law, if a victim is brainwashed into murder, they can still be charged for committing the crime. However, in "The Fabled Lost Shopkins", the episode this killing takes place, Celeste Zest Cake, the victim, turns out to be okay, as she was sort of "revived" by Connie Console's invention and Lippy Lips' impulsiveness. So is it really murder? for all we know, Celeste could've been sent to a pocket dimension or even an alternate universe, kind of like Stanford from Gravity Falls. So is Spilt Milk innocent? Or is she a cold-blooded (or milked) killer? please give me your takes on this strange case.
